Terms and Conditions

The following information describes the terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed via this website.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange

For your peace of mind we guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be returned in the same condition as when purchased and the refund will be rejected if the item is returned to us with visible scratches or other marks caused by usage. This refund policy does not apply to bespoke items or special orders.

If you wish to return your purchase please contact us beforehand on 0845 519 0419 Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm with your name, address and order number and we will provide a return address. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will provide a full refund less postage charges.

We are not liable if the item is lost whilst being returned to us and we recommend, for your own peace of mind you, that you return items to us using a service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different size or width (where available) as long as the item is returned to us is in new condition and has not been worn. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damaged and Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please notify us within 48hours of receipt of the item. Please call us on 0845 519 0419 Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged or faulty and/or ask that the item is returned to us.

All items are guaranteed for a period of six months. This guarantee does not include damage or general wear and tear. This guarantee is invalidated if the item is changed or altered by a third party; this includes resizing, reshaping or engraving.

Pricing

London Rings work hard to ensure our pricing is among the most competitive on the market. All our prices are clearly defined on the website. There are no hidden charges and the price given is the price you pay. If applicable, postage prices will be clearly displayed at the checkout. All pricing on the website includes V.A.T.

We will not be held responsible for any system malfunction resulting in abnormal pricing being displayed on the website.

Purchase

Once we receive your order it will be processed and an automated confirmation and receipt email will be sent to you. All items listed are in stock, however if there is any problem with an item or order we will contact you using the contact information you provide.

Dispatch and Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days. This may exclude palladium rings which will dispatched within 14 days.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature on delivery.

Ring Sizing

All rings will be dispatched in the size you specify at the time of order. If you are unsure of your finger size we would be happy to send you a free ring sizer. Please call us on 0845 519 0419 Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm to arrange for free ring sizer to be posted to you.

Payment

London Rings uses HSBC for all secure online payments. This is encrypted for added security. We take all major debit and credit cards.

For added peace of mind use your credit card as this provides insurance on your purchase (contact your credit card provider for more details).

Consumer Law

We will meet customers’ obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force.
