If I don’t like my ring can I return it?

For your peace of mind we guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your ring, return it to us within 21 days for a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are happy to exchange your ring for a different width or size as long as the ring that you return to us is in new condition and has not been worn.

If you wish to return your ring we request you contact us beforehand with your name, address and order number, this will speed up the refund process.

We are not liable if the ring is lost whilst being returned to us and we would recommend for your own peace of mind you use a service like Royal Mail special delivery.

The ring must be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased and a refund will be rejected if the ring is returned to us with visible scratches or wear marks.

Are my rings sent to me in a ring box?

All rings are delivered in individual ring display boxes; this not only protects the ring in transit but also provides a place for you to store the ring.

Are there any hidden charges?

We ensure our prices are among the most competitive around. All our prices are clearly defined on the website. There are no hidden charges and the price given is the price paid.

Postage prices will be clearly displayed at the checkout. We wont be held responsible for any system malfunction resulting in abnormal pricing being displayed.

How are the rings sent to me?

All our rings will be despatched within 7 days of order, this may exclude all palladium rings which will despatched within 14 days. You will be notified when the ring will be ready for despatch.

All rings will be sent Royal Mail special delivery which will require a signature on delivery.

How do I know my finger size?

All rings will be despatched to your required/ ordered sizing. We are happy to send you a free complimentary ring sizer, or visit a jewellery shop for an accurate measurement.

Do the rings come with any guarantee?

All our rings come with a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of delivery to you. This guarantee is invalidated if the ring is changed or altered by a third party; this includes resizing, reshaping or engraving.

I am worried about paying for things online.

We use HSBC for all secure online payments. This is encrypted for added security. We take all major debit and credit cards.

For added peace of mind use your credit card as this provides insurance on your purchase (contact your credit card provider for more details).

I am worried my personal details will be misused

We take our obligations very seriously; your details are never passed to any third party and are solely used for your purchase/ transaction. We will not contact you again with special offers etc unless we have had your permission.
