If I don't like my purchase can I return it?

For your peace of mind we guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.

If I choose the wrong ring size, can I exchange it?

We are happy to exchange your ring for a different width or size as long as the ring that you return to us is in new condition and has not been worn. If you wish to return your ring we request you contact us beforehand on 0845 519 0419 Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm with your name, address and order number. This will help to speed up the refund process.

When will I receive my purchase?

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 days. This may exclude palladium rings which will be dispatched within 14 days.

All rings will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature on delivery.

Do purchased items come with a guarantee?

All items are guaranteed for a period of six months. This guarantee does not include damage or general wear and tear. This guarantee is invalidated if the item is changed or altered by a third party; this includes resizing, reshaping or engraving.

Are there any hidden charges?

London Rings work hard to ensure our pricing is among the most competitive on the market. All our prices are clearly defined on the website. There are no hidden charges and the price shown is the price you pay. If applicable, postage prices will be clearly displayed at the checkout. All pricing on the website includes V.A.T.

I am worried about paying for things online.

We use HSBC for all secure online payments. This is encrypted for added security. We take all major debit and credit cards. For added peace of mind use your credit card as this provides insurance on your purchase (contact your credit card provider for more details).

I am worried my personal details will be misused.

We take our obligations very seriously. We never use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than is required to fulfil your orders.

Customers will not be contacted after their purchase unless they have given us consent. We comply with the UK data protection rules and regulations.
